1. General terms
You may return any item within 14 days of receipt (in accordance with the law). Returnable items must be in original packaging, unused, and complete.

2. How to return

  2. Provide your order number, items to return, and reason.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund via the original payment method, minus shipping costs if not our fault.

3. Refund timeframe
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive the return. Funds will go back to your bank account or card.

4. Exceptions
Non-returnable:

  • Custom-made items.

  • Underwear or fur products tried on without tags (due to hygiene and health regulations).

5. Damaged items
If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos and details. We’ll arrange a no-cost replacement or refund.
