1. Delivery area
We deliver across Georgia and offer international shipping upon request.

2. Delivery time

  • Tbilisi: 1–3 business days.

  • Other regions of Georgia: 2–5 business days.

  • International: from 7 business days, depending on the destination.

3. Delivery cost

  • Calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

  • Free delivery may apply on orders over a 500 GEL within Georgia.

4. Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order is shipped, if available.

5. Receiving your order
Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. Upon receipt, inspect the package for any visible damage.

6. Failed delivery
If a delivery fails due to absence or incorrect address, reshipping costs will be covered by the customer.
